This is a lovely duplex nestled in the Jarvesville neighborhood between downtown Sandwich and the Sandwich Boardwalk. Built in 1920, this was originally used as housing for workers of the Sandwich Glass Factory. One side has 3 full bedrooms and 1 bathroom; the other is 2 and 1.
This one has been quite the project, as we have had to trench the basement and install two sump pumps to protect it from groundwater, replace part of the roof and repair associated water damage, refinish and preserve the original vertical fir hardwood floors, update both kitchens and bathrooms, fully renovate a bedroom extension, including new carpets and ceiling, among several other fairly significant projects.
But the end result is a beautiful home in an amazing location!
SEA FOAM & SEA GRASS
Located within walking distance of South Middle Beach in Yarmouth, this cozy duplex is in the perfect location for summer fun, while allowing easy commutes to both ends of the Cape.
Both sides have 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ample living area, and plenty of outdoor space in both the front and back yards. With hardwood floors, updated windows, washer and dryer in both units, Sea Foam and Sea Grass have everything you need to make you feel right at home. Several grocers, restaurants, and retail stores are within walking distance, not to mention an epic mini-golf course!
Evenings are lovely here, perfect for strolling down to the beach to catch the sunset or enjoying a cookout with friends.
THE PIPING PLOVER
This is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage that underwent extensive renovations between 2021 and 2022.
Flooring was updated throughout the house, we renovated the entire kitchen, opened up the living area and made extensive updates, among several other projects.
The warm, calm waters of Lewis Bay are a minute away, and you can even watch the ferries go by while enjoying a drink in the Adirondack chairs in the front yard.

GRAFTON GARDENS
This was our first property. A nicely updated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse in Grafton, MA.
Convenient to restaurants, schools, and not too far away from Worcester, giving you the convenience of city living while enjoying your little bit of the country. Bathroom plumbing updated within the past year. New vinyl floors.
There's a lovely outdoor area for a cookout, ample space for social gatherings, and some really nice spots to walk your dog (or cat!).
